hi folks, Having seen the prices of fares on the GCR Steam Railway gala this weekend (£22 - with no short-trip tickets), I was searching around for another Midlands option to take my dad to - and spotted on the MRC web-site a diesel event on the same weekend - any further news of this anyone...

There is a PDF tt on the SVR website for the gala weekend, though it's not a wtt with locos listed - also useful is the SVR Online Forum where someone has posted details of the directions that the locos will be facing, useful for any photographers... cheers, Keith
