When you went above and beyond on a project, time when you had a problem and two solutions, not getting on with colleagues etc, role of a driver and why did you apply....

I mean the questions were not what I was expecting....questions like give example when you went above and beyond on a project? I was expecting more like working under pressure and etc

I had a interview last weds at Blackburn it felt more like a interview for a supervisors role

applied last year and got a email inviting me to interview. I've just done the OPC paper tests on Friday with GB Freight waiting for my results.

Can anyone help confirm the class of trains/ routes working out of Blackburn as i have a interview next week. I believe it's Class 150,156 and new class 195 and they run routes to Clitheroe, Rochdale, Colne, Blackpool North/South, York and Preston. Many thanks!!
