As an aside, most Bradford to Manchester Victoria trains offer an advance single ticket, valid for a particular train. No seat reservation is offered.

There's no TSR to run through to Rochdale but the TOC may choose to put in extra stops above the franchise commitment on any service.

The bay platform was used for the Rochdale to Manchester via Oldham route, but of course only trains starting there used it as most trains ran through from Manchester v. Moston.

I'm not sure about the above information re: Leeds in 1967, just prior to closure of Leeds Central the London trains were already leaving from Leeds City (via the viaduct route). Passengers from Bradford Exchange could either catch the direct service along the Wortley curve, or have to change...
What's the current position on the Castleford - Selby/York line? Passenger services haven't officially used the route for years, but there are daily transpennine trains passing through, plus is used as a diversionary route.

There was a Yorks edition with only two stations, Doncaster and Halifax, plus LBIA and Humber Bridge (guess it dates from when new).
Btw the Leeds edition has Crossgates, Horsforth and New Pudsey.
