Is the area marked "Future Development Site" where potential Chiltern platforms could be sited...
Highbury & Islington. Especially during the perfect storm at peak evening hours when Arsenal are playing at home and trains on the Underground, Overground and North London Line all pull in at the same time. Only one exit up from the deep level lines. That station is dire need of better access.
The stairs from P20-24 down to the Orchestra Pit and the subsequent right turn access down further stairs to the Underground are now open during peak hours. Some using them but lots of people still going on to the concourse or via P19. Nearly everyone in carriages 6-10 now using the escalators...
For many months now Chiltern have been putting out daily messages advising of short-forming due to "more trains than usual needing repairs". They recently put out this statement:

Given the franchise is due to end December 2021 then there...
Once down the stairs you can go back on yourself to the escalators but think that's still longer than going via the concourse (assuming going to the Underground).
The displays have been missing services since the temporary opening last year. Can't understand why they haven't resolved that.
South Ruislip to Denham Golf Club would be relatively easy to four track but between Denham Golf Club and Gerrards Cross there are two massive viaducts, Chalfont Viaduct No. 1 over the M25 and Chalfont Viaduct No. 2 over the A413. The costs involved to four track that section would be eye-watering.
