Sheffield is probably the place to be if you're after a 144. They are sometimes in Leeds but seem less common.

I can only assume the light blue roof comes from the original Provincial Sector livery. Either through being left unpainted or perhaps the repaint wore away through weathering over the past 20 odd years and the original livery came through?
