Which route do these currently use from Leeds? Dearne Valley Line (via Goldthorpe)? Why do these currently run light from Leeds to Sheffield anyway? Seems a waste IMO.

Fair enough. Thats the cheapest I can find too. If you could run from Euston to Kings Cross by 0800, it would cost you £34.50 + £21 = £55.50 instead of £61.40. For some reason the 0804 departure costs almost 3 times more (£62) before going back down to £27 again for the 0830 one.

Why are you going down to London to get the sleeper? Wouldnt it be more sensible to go to Crewe or Preston?

The only problem is their location. AB30 is one of the postcodes the Royal Mail do not guarantee Next Day 1.30pm delivery for, it is actually 5.30pm. So it may add a day onto an already tight turnaround!
