Not necessarily, in my experience you get a bunch of vouchers for random amounts to make up the total Delay Repay you are entitled to.

The same for any car park at a train station, you are responsible. And there will be signs saying as such. CCTV will merely be to give the appearance of being safe, and to assist BTP if there are any thefts.

There is currently an ongoing "thing" up my way because the new Class 385's will only have two spaces for bikes on the main Edinburgh-Glasgow route. But its not an issue because cyclists just use the wheelchair spaces then refuse to move their junk when a wheelchair boards.

I know when I used the ScotRail smartcard it took a good five or six seconds for the TE's machine to validate it. Dont know what the problem was, but I hope that gets fixed, imagine it taking that long for everyone on the train
