It all depends on what standard you passed to originally . Freightliner has an enhanced pass mark for the stage 1 tests. So you might find you have to sit some again , you might not .

I applied for the round before , and what happend then was, after a week or so , you'll be emailed if you were successful or not , and then if successful invited to the stage 1 assessments . These were held in Crewe . They don't ask for cv or anything until you get to the stage 2 assessments .

The new advert for freightliner trainee drivers states 90 minutes , so I wouldn't worry to much if I were you

Thanks mate , yeah all happening in Crewe. It's been a long wait between stage 1 and stage 2 , can't wait to get it over with now

Thamesport for me , I haven't seen anyone else on here mention thamesport once. Not sure that's a good thing or a bad thing.

I'm still waiting , had my stage 1 on the 24th August . Stage 2 4th of December.

You're welcome , I'm not 100 percent sure , but I thought that only applied to reapplying for freightliner , or after failing one of your lives on the tests. Im sure someone on here could clarify that for you.

Sorry to hear that mate , don't know if you have seen it or not , but DB are recruiting for junior drivers at eastleigh at the moment.

Just out of interest , has anyone else applied for thamesport on this thread? And if so have you sat your stage 2 yet ? I've had such a long wait between mine , and was wondering if anyone had in fact Been interviewed for that depot yet ?

Thanks for that , I think it is just the term emergency that gets you over thinking things.

I'm also struggling a bit with this question , as I've never really had to deal with an emergency situation as such , but I have had to deal with a number of degraded situations, such as expensive damage to public property . I'm not exactly sure that this is going to be enough , but I hope so...

Afternoon all, just wondering if anybody else on here has applied for thamesport intermodal, if so have you had any luck researching the routes they run from there. Can't seem to find anything on freightliners website or anywhere else. The website only seems to show routes from the 4 main ports...
