I believe the coloured lounges are going to be similar to the platform 13/14 lounge at Manchester Piccadilly, whereby you wait in the lounge until your train is ready to board
A pedantic correction but the loss will be to Calefonian Sleeper not Scotrail.
Also people keep saying return it to Scotrail if they'll take it - You're assuming that Abellio would run it the same as First; the fact is Abellio have never had it and may not do any better.
Hi new to this thread, but my grandma lived near Burley Park and I remember when that opened , are the new stations going to be as basic as Burley Park (or other WYPTE stations like Cottingley) for example?

On a recent Sunday the 1429 SOT to Derby was formed of a 158+153, normally on a weekday it is formed of a single 153. Surely there will be more use on a weekday?
Kind of related I'm sure I've heard of or seen pictures of 180's or even a HST on this route - can anyone confirm?

My neighbours duck has outgrown her back garden, a friend who said he would keep it in a huge garden in weighbridge Would have taken it if he could get a friend to pick him up. He couldn't.
He caught the 1628 from Stoke to Euston, could he have taken the duck on the train?
It would be amazing as a park and ride if there was a large city on the line.

The liquidators are solely interested in the assets of the company, the railway line will still go through the site and that is owned by Network Rail.
Additionally, the liquidators may favour the station being there as it will be an asset if the land is used for housing development for...
Is it? Horsfoth is on the Harrrogate line and all the local trains from Leeds stop there. There is only the one a day direct train to London kings cross
