Via Kensington Olympia validity

I have searched a ticket from Welling to Wembley Central. (As I am thinking of any alternatives to Oyster Fare as I may travel at 5pm, within Oyster peak but eligible for National Rail ticket with Railcard discount) I have found a ticket for Via Kesington Olympia from National Rail website...

National Rail journey that exceeded Oyster maximum journey time

I am planning to take a journey from Welling to Wembley Central, avoiding zone 1 via Clapham Junction. However, when checking the national rail journey planner, it advised me to take a journey of 1 hour 47 minutes to 1 hour 52 minutes, which would very likely exceed the 110 minutes permitted...
