I think the Cobh line is the line with two shortest station names on Irish Rail - Fota and Cobh. Gort is on the only four letter name on the Western Rail Corridor. Bray in Dublin nearly qualifies except it's officially called "Bray Daly Station". The towns of Rush and Lusk would also qualify...

Don't think so. City Centre is usually between the canals. It's building is outside the canal. But then so is Docklands.

I don't think it should be a problem. I know a ticket to Connolly is the same price as one to Pearse and Tara Street. There is city centre fare as it were. You could time your arrival into Connolly at the same time as Enterprise due in or out and use the doors for that, and thus avoid ticket...
