700 Drivers? with 300 applicants for each available role? That's 210,000 applicants! Wow!!!! Thats more than the whole of the UK's permanent Armed Forces. I'd drop my job at a moment's notice if I was offered a Trainee Train Driver job. Work may have a grump about it but sod them!
