Yes, Chiltern have an extra 07:46 Princes Risborough - Marylebone & return (17:31) on Tues-Thurs. SWR also have an extra 07:52 Surbiton - Waterloo train in the morning Mon-Thurs.

Lymington Branch is pretty self-contained, as is the Ascot to Aldershot line.

Literally this! It happens with all stock types regardless. Same happened with the SN 313 & 455s and no doubt the SWR 455s will be just the same & the 465s when they do go.
