Going to be rather frustrating for passengers as they get on at the shops then have to sit 15 to 30 mins at Eastfield Road. Could be that they will do the loop again when departing Eastfield Road.
The X23 went down Eliburn Road and up Appleton Parkway and only a small section of Houston Road. It did not pass the park or station.

First 800 used to go along that road also garage services to / from Livingston and East Calder. There are a lot of new houses built or being built on the route.

Can't see much change in West Lothian as only 9 spare buses at Deans. How many buses do they need for maintenance/breakdowns? Are there any more due to be transferred?
The rot started when Lothian Country came out. Before that buses were busy sometimes leaving people behind at stops. When there was two operators running together on the same route meant the first bus what came cleared the stop and the one behind was empty. Blue Bus was the first to go then...

As long they don't divert the 72 from Eliburn to Livingston Village, that will just shift the problem. A service similar to the old First 21 Fauldhouse to the Livingston Centre via Whitburn, Armadale, Bathgate, Blackburn and St Johns would please a lot of people.
If the Highlans Show and roadworks delayed the services they would not have much time to sit. It depends how much recovery time they have at the end of the route compared to the frequency. The 26 is a 10 minute frequency and if three buses are sitting, that would suggest they have at about a 30...
Looks as if it is being started on Thursday as this is the first day you can buy a ticket.
The two tour ticket going up from £20 to £27.16. If you go into the airport ticket it still comes up Bright Bus. Going up from £5 to £7 with no return option.
