Anyone for Leicester heard anything about assessments?

I’ve not had anything yet either, my portal has assessment against it, but that’s it.

My application status for this has just changed to assessment

I applied for depot in Banbury back in November which has just changed to assessment on the portal. Nothing in relation to the trainee driver in Leicester.

Afraid so.

Fingers crossed for everyone. Still hoping something comes through for me.

Had a rejection email this morning

I sent them a quick message on Facebook , they’ve read it but not responded. I’m just going in the basis that no news is good news for now.

Sorry to hear you got rejections. Can I ask if you received the holding email last week and then a rejection or was it radio silence then rejection.

My colleague has been invited to interview, no assessments or MMI. Another colleague has had the holding email, I’ve had nothing.

I had an email from EMR on Wednesday, due to start TM training 4th May. HR are waiting for approval from exec team, but they’ve said as safety critical, it will still likely go ahead but nothing is guaranteed.

I’m surprised that EMR haven’t come back to you on this. I attended the next assessment centre for this on 28/2 with a separate competency interview on 9/3 and an offer on 13/3 to start 4/5 (though this is possibly up in the air atm). Unfortunately I’d assume I wasn’t successful this far...

What job are you going for? You’ll need to think of some really good examples of previous work experience that will be applicable to the role your going for. E.g. Customer service competency questions will be like A time you really provided excellent customer service and Tell us about a problem...
