Im looking for some help with knowing how to prepare for a Competency-Based Interview that I have coming up.

Any support would be greatly appreciated as I would like to make sure I am as prepared as I can be.

What job are you going for?

You’ll need to think of some really good examples of previous work experience that will be applicable to the role your going for. E.g. Customer service competency questions will be like A time you really provided excellent customer service and Tell us about a problem you encountered, how did you overcome it, what did you learn? That kind of thing.
