I'm hearing 398008 was delivered to Taffs Well deport last night, can anyone confirm this please?

009 is the only 231 not to have visited the Rhymney line, in fact I don't have a record of it visiting the Pontypridd line either. I would be fairly confident 011 should be the next in service. 009 only seems permanently based in Barry and only visits Canton for fuel.

The first daylight run for 231's up to Rhymney today and the start of crew training. 231003 5R05 Canton to Heath High Level and 3R05 from HHL to Rhymney, seen at Llanbradach. Initially there will be 2 paths a day 3R05 and 3R07 but eventually a Canton path will be added.
