Southeastern have apparently offered this option through a third party who I do not personally know. Trusting this is a bit like believing "letters from Nigeria". If Southeastern wish to correspond with me personally then I may wish to agree, then again I may wish to decline.

Why have you quoted your own post then rather than others? What is the "hard way or easy way", when I am not guilty of anything? Some people such as myself prefer to challenge other people or authorities when they try to intimidate others - is that so difficult to understand?
