At least you had sensible vehicles on there today. There were reports from Portalzed last week of people being left behind by journeys operated by a Higer during the morning towards Cribbs (and also the driver refusing to have standing on, but i often find reports of that to be unreliable).

From what i've read, the X10 already has capacity problems when the smaller vehicles get used on it, so perhaps running it for free to encourage even more usage isn't the best of ideas unless they're going to consistently provide adequate capacity.

I think the first priority should be to return the Keynsham - Bath service to a reasonable level. Hourly is not adequate.

There are a few primary issues in Bath - London Road and Southgate Car Park gridlock tend to be the worst, possibly Odd Down Red Lion & Glasshouse roundabouts too. But when none are of these are causing problems then buses can be found dawdling around trying to lose time.
