Just want to say thanks to everyone who replied to my post and offered me advice. Yesterday, I received good news that I have progressed to the Manager's interview. I'm hoping that this final interview with FCC will be less structured and more about me, the company and the role. Thanks again.
I would say the usual advice. know your examples well and be prepared to go into minute detail. have some other examples for each question. be honest and be yourself. i found the hour went quick and make sure you say everything you want to say. you should get an opportunity at the end to add...
Congratulations Polar. I've just been informed I passed as well. I hadn't given it much thought as it was very hard to gauge how the 2nd stage went. Anyway, bring on more worry! Hopefully the line manager interview will be more personal and not as structured.
Cheers Polar. Yes, had mine the day after you. haven't had a chance to reply earlier. Thanks for the advice. Hard to say how it went other than it was a strange experience!
That's my dilemma LCC106. The customer is more appropriate to the role, but I can go into much more detail with the practical and event scenarios and probably form better responses.

Noted Beveridges. Thanks again for your insight.
Can't say I'm looking forward to the grilling, but all necessary.

Beveridges (or anyone else who's had a structured interview),
Re. Solving a difficult problem question.
I have three options and...
Thanks LCC106 - I fully understand you not wanting to give too much away.
I'm most interested in the breakdown of the written part to help with my timing and not any actual content.
If I'm successful at this stage, then there's a Managers interview to follow.
Hello,
I've got my CBI for FCC coming up soon and I'm trying to do as much prep as possible.
I was wondering if anyone on the forum has sat one for FCC and could help with the following please:
On the written part, how many sub questions are asked for each main question? (On my practice...
Congratulations JB25. You must have been really pleased to say the least.
At the structured stage (written part), can you remember how many sub questions were asked for each main question? On my practice material there are two examples.
Any help would be appreciated - Thanks.
Thanks. Yes, FCC.
Next stage is later this month.
50% passed the morning tests. Everyone who progressed to the afternoon tests passed - which to me was the surprising bit.
Thanks for notes advice. Good point.

Hello. My first post on this excellent forum and I'm looking for some advice please.
I recently passed my 1st stage assesments and now have my DTG & CBI (2nd stage) coming up. I have two questions:
1) Do TOC's take 1st stage assesment pass grades into consideration at the CBI stage? Reason...
