Personally speaking, I answered 10 out of a possible 20 in the DFFT test, that was enough to get me through - I can only assume (don't like doing that) that I either got them all right or at least enough to pass anyhow, the other lads all seemed to be between 8 and 10 so we were pretty much all...
I agree, not all the practice material is that great. The DFFT for example, the training material is a walk in the park, the actual test - a lot different, especially against the clock!
The best bet as you say is to really pay attention to the assessors instructions and if you're not 100%...
GBT is fairly easy really if you don't panic (easier said than done, as I know from experience) just take your time, but not too much time and make sure you're not missing any out - sounds like pretty simple basic advice but you'll be surprised how easy it is to miss some! Also, don't worry...
I've got my stage 2 assessments on Tuesday, the part I'm most nervous about is the MMI. Whilst I'm confident I can give example about what the questions appear to be, I'm not sure how may examples I could give. Does anybody that has already done it know if it's a case of give an example that's...
Hi Chris, sorry to hear you didn't get through. Having been there I know exactly how it feels, I probably did see you as well then but that was that nervous to start with, didn't know what was going on! I passed everything thankfully, so don't let it beat you - apply again as soon as you can...
I emailed to ask the question the other day and it came on Saturday - went yesterday to see where the place is and got my tube ticket all ready for it. Now the nerves are kicking in!
Got my email the other day and letter today, wasn't expecting the assessment to be so soon! Was hoping they'd let us travel free like FCC did but no mention of travel included. Now to try and calm the nerves and get practicing, don't want a repeat of last time!
Well I had mine today, unfortunately I couldn't get somebody else to do it for me as shoot2kill suggested  so had to do it myself.
Feel like it went ok but just have to wait and see now I guess :)
Hi guys, I've got my telephone interview on Friday as well. Is anyone that's had one already willing to give a heads up on what sort of questions were asked?
I'm looking forward to it but am pretty nervous at the same time!
Tom
