I have a small query, having been given Railworks 2012 for Christmas (& only now looking into fiddling to free roam with what I want/how to build etc) Is there a way of putting a specific loco (as opposed to just class) e.g. 45110 (not just a BR Black five) into a scenario? Thanks in advance

I'm sure I remember this happening on a train I was on a few years ago. From what I remember the train manager arranged for an ambulance to meet the train at the next station, and did his best to look after the ill passenger until then.
