It's a shame really. I remember getting a green hand lamp from the signaller back in the 80's leaving Kings Cross with a 16 coach sleeper. Shame it can't be done now.
Evening All
I have 6 adults traveling from Leagrave to Gatwick Airport on the 27th July at around 0500 one way.
I have tried to search for anything cheaper than the SDS to no avail.
Could anyone suggest anything better?
Evevning all!
I am busy planning some journeys for the summer and I am considering using the Nightjet serivces.
I currently hold a vaild FIP card and was wondering if I can book FIP fares for these services?

Good Evening,

I have also looked through my Envoy machine whilst at work this morning and could not find it there either.

Good Afternoon, I am looking to travel between Larvik and Olso with my Norwegian FIP coupon. Do I need to book a reservation or can I just board the train?
However, as per the NCoT TOC's can restrict tickets to different brands of the same company. If the passenger holds a ticket marked SOUTHERN ONLY with a reservation coupon they should seek the next southern service that is available if their train is cancelled.
If they hold a ticket marked...
Afternoon All!
There's four of us heading to France next year for the Euros from london.
All four of us hold FIP cards and wondered what the best use of FIP coupons/tickets would be.

Then we are heading from Bordeaux...
I've tweeted VTEC to see if I get a response. Will let you know what they say.

Just had contact from VTEC and they said the only cash exchange would be to send then back and a cheque issued.
Oh well, off to London Bridge I go.
It was VTEC, it wasn't made clear on there website as.to the cash alternative.

Just rechecked the letter sent from VTEC and it doesn't state anything about cashing them in at one of their TO's
Morning all.
I have £62.00 in RTV to use.
Is there anyway I could exchange these for cash? I don't mind heading into London to try putting it onto an oyster but not sure how to do it?
Any chance someone could help?
I find it can be hit and miss. It's good for reporting incidences where people have walked off without dealing with us regading a fare evasion issue. I also find it helpful when repeat offenders push through as it builds a case log.
If I need the BTP to come asap the I always prefer phoning...
Generally speaking whenever I've completed an MG11 in would only write nil if the passenger doesn't have any means to contribute towards the fare. Unless he has had previous unpaid PF's or nothing on him to pay I can't really see why he didn't take a PF (that's if it was offered in the first place)
Depends whether or not he had the means to pay for his journey. Only other thing I can think of is that he may have refused the PF in the first instance.
If anyone requires information regarding the penalty fare scheme I am more than happy to help.
Being a current RPI I can offer assistance where needed (execpt were trying to get monry back)
Afternoon all.
Just wanted some advice for the experienced people on here!
