Got some answers. One main one was about time tables, scheduling etc which was being finalised.
Asked about the stock if planning to go to the 80xs and seems like will be potentially as how running diesels the whole route doesn’t go to the plan they have.
For me only was 3 in total as far as...
Had about 12/13 in my session with 5 so not turning up. As my ‘group’ was missing one, another missing 4 and another missing 3. So were sort of merged together for some bits.
Got to wait and see what is happening and for how it goes to. For the Q/A apart from one asking about holidays etc. was...
If you get to the in person interview, from the experience i had with mine at Glasgow, you will be shown an example of the rotas and how they work etc. But other depots may do things differently.
All down to personal preference. Can understand for the Guard/ Train Manager giving first name and those of the catering crew. Especially on IC journeys for those of drivers never been announced for when been travelling.
For myself, work in retail so only time mention name freely is when...
That will be the inital one in the application method. Depending how they do it, will get emails and invites to do the assessment tests on the website, then if pass all those do the main video interview stage.

Time to just wait and see

The interview will be asked of X experinces, what you...
Have a look at my post a few up.
For the exact questions that were asked can’t really remember now.
But correct after passing the OPC tests should be the interview next.
I am attending it and did send a email asking as if have to do assessment tests advising what have completed/ inform them for another thing. Also to what was included on the day.
What was told was: like a speed interview process (so maybe initial interview type thing), games, team building and...
For the RAAT/ TCT helps but isn't majorly needed due to how they are. (Question based)
For the SCAAT beyond recommend having a mouse as how the test is done. As got to be accuarate and quick as possible.
If successful for the assessment tests. Will be invited to a interview and just follow through the instructions get there. For the interview for me for a Role at Glasgow (Didn't get, but role went up again, emailed recruitment and said just apply again)
Was general introduction, asked about...
For Edinburgh just had the not succesfull email, but another one has said they will retain details incase able to invite additonal candidates to next stage.
As all things just wait and see. For this role for Edinburgh saying Under review, but the TM role advertised and now closed says pending quickly. Just how XC do things.
