Very fair and most welcome as well to.
When did the TSCT was the most nervous for but did rather enjoy it gladly as well to. Best of luck when the Assessment day comes.
Not being so at all. You should have received the practice test items.
RAAT: https://www.theopc.co.uk/assessment/test/raat/ Rules Acquisition Aptitude Test. Basically read a passage and answer questions.
TSCT: https://www.theopc.co.uk/assessment/test/tsct/ - Ticket Selling checking test. First...
Overall session can’t remember how long it lasted for.
The team building was: build your perfect customer service ambassador, Tell us about yourself which your in pairs for. Last was a Moon survival challenge type thing.
Was done in any order but at some point the mini interviews.
Lasted about that time, honestly can't remember as it didn't help when went it started 30 minutes late.
At the end, the general do you have any questions or queries about the role, company etc.
From when attended in Jan'. No OPC tests at all. More group exercises and similar to that and a speed dating style interview method at 10 mins each with 3 members of staff. After that a Q&A session and the end of the day, if pass that should get a invite to do a video interview.
From my experience in December at Edinburgh.
Group task, Normal introduce yourself type thing. Then we had on the table sheets of paper with topics on them, then to read out the one you pick in which got to dicuss if for or against and as a group. If pass that then it was the RAAT & TSCT tests...
Doubt they would but wouldn’t know. This be 3rd time going for it so fingers crossed.
When I had time slots was only 5 available but could be due to others needing to do the assessment centre first. Either way good luck for yourself!
Did apply when the Edinburgh role was up on the 16th a email asking for additional information.
24th email saying reviewing and if successful.
26th email saying passed the assessment tests (used previous test results) and will get further information.
Later the same day invite for...
Did myself, had the same email as you for confirming some bits due to there site not working.
Had a email this morning passed the assessment tests. But they were done previously and had a remark saying a full pass. What ever that means and around 3pm had a email asking to choose an interview...
By what can find out and that no tests such as SCAAT, RAAT i imagine completely driver controlled for the services. Was told only 3 members of staff total on board, driver and two 'Customer Ambassadors' so is a mix of a guard role as mentions ticket checking, helping in delays etc then a...
As mentioned, Group sessions and three mini interviews with staff members and if pass go to video interview.
No OPC tests or anything which is suprising though, was one thing emailed and asked about before had mine assessment day in Jan. Experience with the recruiting process for me and...
Just wait and see. As role doesn’t close until the 16th for the Edinburgh role. Imagine done the TM assessment then as said done the AI interview and the Video one.
Exactly just got to wait and see. Hell lots of Rail jobs it can take forever or feels like it to hear anything. As said, can't imagine would do only a week of interviews if that.
