Are you talking about relief premiums? Depends on the distances between the boxes covered.
Or night shift premium? Will be about £20 a shift grade 3/4.
Remember the basic advertised salary doesn't include rostered Sundays for residents, if it's a 4 line roster you are guaranteed 12 a year...
Hi mate. I completely understand your worries but this is what I say to everyone. If you have passed the assesments and interview you certainly have the capacity to pass IST. Remember LOM's usually have a good knack of hiring the right people! Yes IST is challenging, I'm not going to sugarcoat...
The rosters will vary depending on who was working the box when they were changed over. For example we changed ours in early 2021 to become 60hr compliant, as well as a change in our opening hours. The signallers there all had our input and any new signallers will have to go with it. If there is...

We changed ours in 2021. The opening hours of the box changed and with that we were told all new rosters had to be 60hr compliant. Here is mine, it's single manned, 4 residents, open 24/7 apart from Saturday day shift is 8hrs. 4 week cycle.

When I did mine I asked the assessor and she said I'd passed them (minus the D&A test but I knew I'd passed that). Was back in 2016 though with OH Assist not Optima Health
I assume there wasn't a t/c failure, multiple requests for line blocks, PICOP ringing to discuss T3 details, trespassers on the line, a failed train going on then.
Does anyone know if you can finish a Friday night shift at 07:00 on Saturday morning and then do a Monday Late shift starting at 15:00.
Just looking at potential rosters to fit this new 60h max rostered week thing coming in soon.
