You mean relief allowance? It's given to relief signallers only and is calculated on the distance between your locations that you'll work.

That's true, but not much after basic, London weighting and my 13 Sundays a year is going to be taxed at basic rate anyway unfortunately.

Your training will be 1 grade lower than your passed out grade. As a relief expect a majority or night shifts once you are passed out.
