Wholeheartedly agree! I’ve lost count over the number of times I’ve rolled my eyes with repeated speculative questions and rumours. Let’s wait until those in the know are able to give the facts.

Referring again to the message above from a senior manager who knows. No assumptions needed.

It’s already reported in message 1188 that the 19 newbies are to allow routes 36/37/471 (plus one other) to go 100% electric.

I remember seeing plans in The Bolton News last June for phase 2 of electrifying the rest of Bolton depot but can’t seem to find the article. I did however take a screenshot (not very clear though.

Looks like there have been a bit of reshuffling between Wigan and Bolton. 4029/32/3/4/36/37 - Bolton to Wigan 4120-24 - Wigan to Bolton 3478-82 - Bolton to Wigan 6151-60/2 to Bolton 3062-67 to Bolton 6172/3, 6230/1 to Bolton (taxi/route learners) Out of the above 6155 I believe is still away...

Noticed that the ‘extra’ Go North West fleet have started to enter service at Bolton recently, notably some of the repainted B7RLEs. Repainted 6151/3/7 and 6156 (has this been repainted?) and 6162. Still to enter service are 6154/55 which are away for repaint, 6160 which @Leyland Bus reported...

Could well be or even Wigan for storage then ultimately Bolton. Anyway only couple of days until we sort of find out. There’s also photo of streetlite 6004 on Flickr with a ‘TNE’ sticker which I’m presuming has something to do with the North East o_O

6102 has a ‘WO’ sticker applied. Can’t for the life of me work that one out  Think I read that the 09 reg B7s were to become driver trainers.

Are routes 163/472/4 going to be running out of Bolton from this weekend? Sure I read that when Tranche 2 starts, Heywood will just be the schools unit.

Looking at the tracking for the Citaros based at Bolton, out of the 26 allocated (either been in service or yet to), only 5 are tracking today which seems to be a regular occurrence. Never seems to be a full compliment of these out and about. Are these still as troublesome as reported?

TfGM Bee Network - fleet discussion

It’s been reported that around 8 of these are to go to Heywood for schools but no idea where the rest will go as they are not on the loan list to Stagecoach. Bolton would the logical idea though.

With just over a week to go, are we any wiser as to where the remaining Go North West vehicles from queens Road are going? Not those earmarked to be loaned to Stagecoach or those moving to the schools unit at Heywood but in particular the E200s, Streetlites. B7RLEs & Evosetis.

Drives me mad the number of changes on there without any evidence . :( Think a lot of changes are what some people would like to happen. Always better to wait for official confirmation or photographic evidence.

I’ll forgive ya! Have you had anything for repaint this week or did 6167 take longer with it having a retrim?
