Yes, the kit did have Seaspeed decals as well. I thought I saw something a few months ago somewhere saying the kit was being re-released, so I'd certainly keep your eyes open. The kit, incidentally, features the craft in Mk 1 form.

The occasional Mudeford flights tended to be operated by craft from the Hovertravel fleet, have you tried asking the Hovercraft Museum if they have any records of which craft worked on which dates...? They weren't when we had the original 10 car project because the 8 cars would be 455 + 455 or sometimes 455 + 456 + 456 and the 10 cars would be 455 + 455 + 456. Definitely agree the 701s have very different cabs, though. :) I do remember for a while they had different 4 and 8 car stop marks...
