Does anyone know what will happen to the "FCC ONLY" tickets on the Brighton mainline? These are good value between London and Brighton and it'll be a disgrace if they're scrapped overnight when Govia take over Thameslink.

Not a bad shout. I land at Heathrow on the 27th and have to get to Brighton (National Express I reckon) and am supposed to be working in London on 30th & 31st, suspect will be staying with friends in London!

You're pretty bang to rights on most of this really but this bit interested me. How many carriages did the train have? If more than one, this man's evidence is seriously dubious as I'm not sure how one man can confirm which station you boarded at.

They didn't find anything. They found a live bullet at St Pancras in a lady's luggage when going through screening. They suspected passengers on our train had links to the passenger on our service and thus stopped our service, arrested her and took her luggage off the train and searched it on...

Would have been picked up on the baggage scanner at St Pancras you'd hope which was where the bullet was found, on a passenger attempting to board a service leaving after ours had left.
