Which is surely, why are we giving free public transport, to a sector of the population that already has free board and lodging and in most cases, a paid for taxi service (the parents). A discount, maybe, but free !

The North concourse is still one of the finest public spaces in Leeds. I tend to go through there and across City square where possible. 1787386981 I've just noticed the new seating area outside the front for the first time. Looks rather good.

I've had a couple of occasions where due to crowding I've been sat in first class with £10 on the table ready to pay a weekend upgrade and have been let off. The classic is when you're train's late for a connection and the connection turns out to be equally late. Had that a few times.
