Thanks Mike If it said "Outside fare zones, Oyster & Contactless accepted" where it currently states "Outside fare zones" then it might start to be understandable to a layman.

Am I alone in thinking that the presentation of this information is poor for a non-expert? My reading is that, for example, neither Oyster nor contactless are valid at Radlett but that contactless is valid at the stations either side.

I was stunned at the exhorbitant rail fares quoted for the supposed leisure destinations and ticked "Do Not Travel" for all. At these prices it would be much cheaper to travel by car, even allowing for depreciation and other non-fuel costs.

I'm not sure that you are right here. The vast majority of Royal Mail delivery vans (Medway towns) round here appear to be 09 or 10 plates, so about 15 years old. Very tatty and don't give you confidence in RM or their services.
