It's not. The 2 type fleet idea is solid, they have excess stock, leasing very expensive extra stock is an awful idea. For longevity I'd love to see them order a couple more of both variants of 745 thus enabling a consistent service but it wont happen.

I find the 745 and 755 seats extremely comfortable. Even the original 375 seats are fine, just not the thin ones on the /9. Ryanair slimline seats comfortable too. Not comfortable seats include mk2 and mk3 original seats, the old thick Ryanair seats to name a few.

There's still some gaps in the current Norwich - Stansted service too (trains just go Norwich - Cambridge and you have to change like in the old days), would be nice to see them filled in if / when possible.

Does a 745 have more seats and standing capacity than 3x 755? It's a real shame they cant just order 10 more 745's, 5 of each spec. Would sort everything out and future proof Anglia.

I'd love to see the actual stats for peaks post and pre covid. I am 100% wfh, about 5% of my team work from the office fully. A few do hybrid. Most are like me. All of my friends are either full wfh or hybrid. Of course this only works for office staff but I'd be amazed if it ever went back...

Even more of a disgrace that the StanEx is still operating at only half the frequency it used to, and they still cant turn out enough trains to run it.

The Stansted Service is still half what it was pre covid too, despite Stansted passenger numbers being almost at pre covid levels this summer.

Not really convinced 3x 755 is better than 1x745/1 on the intercity service, or that Nin90 needs to return.
