    scotrail 3 car 158?

Possible I guess, but without adaptors, it'll only be able to be towed by it's head end & not the tail end.

    London Midland 150009

That's why I said you would have a few spare cars left over.

    London Midland 150009

Excuse me if this sounds stupid, but dunno whether you notice as well, but barring 001 & 002, which are the original 150/0 3 car units, if you take the centre DM cars, & pair them with their sister car, i.e. 57210 & 52210 from units 003 & 005 respectively for example, you end up making back up 2...

    BBC losing F1 coverage

With Virgin, if it's on SS1 or SS2, that's fine as you can subscribe to 1 or 2 seperately at £14.50 per month, if it's on 3 or 4 your buggered, & you''ll have to subscribe to the full SS package.

    BBC losing F1 coverage

Well, it's only been decided today, & it's not the end of the season yet. Who knows what could happen between now & next March, they might change their plans again. --- old post above --- --- new post below --- I've noticed as well, petitions are already showing up on Facebook. ;-)

    BBC losing F1 coverage

It's an absolutely ridiculous decision. I'm appalled that now if I want to continue watching F1 uninterrupted, I've now got to fork out, if I decide to do, £22.50 for Sky Sports package, £29.50 for Sky Sports HD package. :-(

    What was this train? (22/Jul)

Let you off lol. Was just thinking, when they had the celebrations up in London for the last Harry Potter film, didn't they have the 'Hogwarts Express' up in London as well? That's the only stock that comes to mind going by the description.

    FGW receive LM cascade

According to fleet list on thejunction.org.uk, 104 is still with LM, so not sure why it's not showing up on AB Rail, as AB Rail is updated regularly. --- old post above --- --- new post below --- Hey, just noticed this as well on the news section at thejunction.org.uk: 24/05/2011 With the...

    FGW receive LM cascade

Correct me if I'm wrong, but think your finding now that services that warrant 2 150s or a 150 & 153/s, FGW will use 150/2s because they're gangwayed throughout, if it's just a single 150 unit that's needed, you'll find they'll use a 150/1 where possible.
  15. Turbostar

    FGW receive LM cascade

Basically, more or less the same as what the rest of the FGW dmu fleet do, so one day you might see them doing Devon/Cornwall runs, the next they might be around Bristol & Taunton, the next they might be around Westbury down to Southampton.
  16. Turbostar

    FGW receive LM cascade

Yes, as soon as the receiving depot gets them, be it Phillips Marsh or Exeter, fitters will give them the once over to make sure all's ok, & they're running ok, then they'll be put straight into service. A booking will be made for repainting, in the mean time they'll earn their money until their...

    FGW receive LM cascade

That's correct, that'll be the second batch of 150/1s to be transferred from LM to FGW. 150101 TS CTL EJSH AT LM to go to FGW 150102 TS CTL EJSH AT LM to go to FGW 150106 TS CTL...

Ben/Andy, Your website is very misleading. From your homepage: So, just to clarify, what's happening exactly? Is your website shutting down or not?

    dead... or perhaps not?

Further to my above post, unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond mine & others that were going to be involved in the project, plans have been shelved indefinitely. You can thank certain individuals for our decision, & basically what fgwrich says in his posts further on more or less sums it...
