As an aside... The email sent to the driver made reference to points 2332. Note 4 on page 17 says the points were actually numbered 2322. Fig 8 on page 19 labels the points as 2232. Very confusing these 3s and 2s. (BTW I'm not suggesting this matters!)

In my frequent but random experience the service east of Bristol is reliable if one isn't too discerning. Delays of 10-15 minutes are common and should be factored in to any plans. Serious delays or cancellations are no better or worse than anywhere else.
