The last few batches of 110/140/150 used the same thyristor control as the 151s. The 181s were also thyristor controlled, although only the prototype locos were built before the first 151s with series production following a little later.
The 141s were a little different, they too featured a...
Unless they've been changed fairly recently, quite a few stations on the Cambridge - Ipswich line (Dullingham, Newmarket, Thurston and Elmswell from memory) still have Anglia Railways signage.
I've just returned from two weeks in Switzerland, and bar the very occasional sign or sticker that's been overlooked and about 1% of people wearing masks, it was pure 2019 normality. Marvellous!
Whilst I know the OP asked for no metros, Line 2 of the Lausanne Metro is an interesting one as it was actually converted from OHLE to third rail when it was rebuilt from a rack railway in the late 2000s. Are there any other examples of lines being converted from OHLE to third rail rather than...

If you do head out to Bonn, I'd recommend going a little further to Königswinter for the Drachenfelsbahn rack railway. It uses 1950s electric railcars with a great view from the top. There's also the choice of either light rail or heavy rail between Bonn and Königswinter so you can make a round...
I'd say it's actually got a fairly sensible number, on the one hand there's quite a few services which start/terminate there, on the other hand delays and disruption are not uncommon in the area.
Sticking with Nordrhein-Westfalen, Altenbeken feels like a shadow of its former self in my view.
Potsdam-Pirschheide, with its disused (but still extant and the line they're situated on still open) high-level platforms. Only a single low-level platform remains in use.
Sticking with the Berlin area, Berlin-Schönefeld felt like a station with more platforms than needed even before BER...
I can't speak for Dresden, but Potsdam definitely still has them! They're pretty easy to find during peak hours. Frankfurt(Oder), Cottbus and Brandenburg still have them, but they're scheduled to be withdrawn from all three over the next couple of years. The Schöneicher Straßenbahn from...
