It would be if it were running a Church Fenton to York shuttle but as one comes all the way from Blackpool and one all the way from Bridlington it's very much sods law they both turn up together. In the other direction the frequency is much more 20/40.

In most CIS etc software manually adding a train as 999 minutes delayed usually just shows as 'Delayed' rather than a time/ETA. This is an odd bug I suspect!

You can only get 4 cars on the Nottingham by moving the Knottingley to 13, doing so means retiming them to be after the 2Jxx leaves which in turn reduces the turnaround so it's is often bare minimum or not compliant with the Train Planning Rules. Some of the Knottingley are booked 4 anyway so...
