Kids know drivers cant do anything so they misbehave. You cant leave the cab and you cant talk to them.If they get on a bus and behave these things wont happen. I feel sorry for the driver.
Lay over bays have nothing to do with the stands .They are the other side.I dont think the airport will allow passenger bays .Its easy to criticise without being on site .Stansted runs smoothly unlike Heathrow where you cant have tri axles side by side. Some of the cross country links you mention...
Having been to Stansted recently everyone has their bays assigned.National Express , Flibco , First , Central Connect and Arriva .I think airports just use their business model on the bus station .You dont just fly in without a slot.
I would not trust Transport for Wales to do a better job on the buses.Wales apart from the South and coastal north there are rural areas served by small operators.I can see most just giving up.
Surely you can't begrudge people working Christmas day; they have to make it worthwhile.
There is no choice in most places. Check the price of a taxi from Heathrow on Christmas day.
You sound like you should not be working for them. When i am not happy with my employer i walk .I dont work in a place i am not happy .Mind you i have worked for all 3 operators .
I get your frustration but in this weather i would give the driver leeway.Did you signal in time. These days with the mobile brigade you you pull up and no one raises their head .Spend time with a driver maybe you will see things different.
