    Today Thursday the 13th February the overheads where damaged between Preston and Bolton causing service disruption and cancelled trains and services diverted via chat moss. However northern had buses Bolton to Wigan Wallgate . Surely due to services diverted this way they could Al'so do stop...

    Today Thursday 13th November the overheads have damage between Preston to Bolton. Anyone know the cause. Also Blackpool's have been diverted via the chat moss. How common these days is a 319 especially ie for haulage around the curve from chat moss lines to wcml

    Northern unit failed at Mauldeth Road (12/02): Any more information?

    Today a transpennie service failed at mauldeth road causing line to be closed for a while. Whilst a rescue unit was sent from crewe any more information on this and what failed.
