It's been around for a while, but unfortunately there's been no update in the last few years. Shame really.
I imagine (hope) that the Hertford Loop will be included in a Class 313 pack at some point, much like the Sheerness/466 Pack. 3-car Class 317 will suffice for the moment. It's probably a good thing that it wasn't originally included, as I always prefer driving on the diversionary / minor routes...
