Simple solution would be allowing people to still search by station name as well as CRS codes.
As well as that there's an order confirmation so people can check the tickets they're buying before paying
It would make it easier and quicker to use the ticket machine and avoid mishaps with the wrong station.
For example, instead of typing Henley-on-Thames, we could type HOT.
Instead of typing Burnham (Buckinghamshire), we could type BNM.
Instead of typing London Paddington, we could type PAD...
It would probably be dangerous for trains to be running in those kinds of conditions, especially considering the trains are running several metres below a 3rd floor window!
What would happen if I tried to board a DLR train on platform 10 (and didn't get kicked back off), where would I go?
And can Platform 10 be used for departures if Platform 9 is closed?
