anyway, interview was great, Keith Dixon (interviewing manger) is a nice guy. there are 2 of them sitting opposite you firing constructive questions that relate to the conductor position and you past and present experiences. it lasts a good hour they then go into what benefits you get, shift pattern, pay structure etc.
I felt as comfortable as i could be, even though i was nervous. but i believe it went well.
Good luck for the morning, he told me that there are 2 positions so good luck mate it would be good if we were both given a start, seems a really good company to work for.
