james, I am thinking of trying Lumo West Coast in the next few weeks and I have been trying making dummy bookings on the Lumo web site.
The first time I was able to choose my seat but on trying it today the change seat option is greyed out.
Do you know what the score is regarding this, I would be travelling from Carlisle to Stirling and return, I don't think the trains will be busy but better to be sure.
