Trentbarton serve Stretton in Derbyshire with the comet and Stretton in Staffordshire with the villager and xprss38.
Until last year, Centrebus North served two different places called Syston - one in Lincolnshire, and one in Leicestershire - on two different service 27’s!
They still do serve both, but the Leicestershire one had its service re-numbered to LC5 during 2025.

I’ll grant you the penultimate one - but apart from starting with the same first letter, they’re hardly in any danger of being construed as being the same. Forge / Fort, Balornock / Barlanark, Braehead / Barrhead would only confuse the inattentive.

Thats reminded me of Middleton (near Pickering, 28 & M3) and Middleton-On-The-Wolds (near Market Weighton, X45 & 142) both served by East Yorkshire Buses.

Two London examples:
Stagecoach London serve both Bromley by Bow and Bromley in South East London.
Transport UK serve both Hayes in West London and the one in South East London.

Kinchbus's Skylink Derby service runs through Alvaston, a suburb of Derby, and also passes close to a village called Elvaston, which is situated only a few miles from the former.

In the good old days, Eastern Counties had loads of these, more than I can be bothered to type out.

The current Stagecoach Yorkshire 86 serves Hutcliffe Wood Road, and Archer Road, then passes the bottom of Woodseats Road on its route through southern Sheffield, all around half a mile from the suburb of Woodseats, (where Torville and Dean's skates were made for their Winter Olympic bolero)...

Afraid you're mistaken. Shires and Essex, and Kent and Sussex (later and Surrey, which it still is now despite not leaving Kent)

I have a feeling Ashton upon Mersey appeared on Princess Rd depot blinds in the Stagecoach/GM buses days. Not sure if services from the same depot operated at the same time to both there and Ashton under Lyne, normally appearing simply as Ashton ?
Across the Pennines, the other that springs to mind was the 733 West Yorkshire Road Car Leeds – Ilkley along the A65 which passed through Burley (Leeds) and Burley in Wharfedale, near each end of the route, respectively. The latter is known locally as simply Burley, so it was possible on one trip to hear people asking for fares to 2 different Burleys.

This one might be a stretch, but on Arriva's service 127 between Loughborough and Shepshed, at least three of the stops on its route in each direction are simply named "Cemetery" (in Rothley, Quorn and Loughborough) on onboard announcements. (It also passes a fourth cemetery on a one-way loop around Shepshed, although I think the stop outside that cemetery has a different name.)
West Coast Motors / Scottish Citylink on service 926 serve Tarbet on Loch Lomond, as well as Tarbert on Loch Fyne, though a good two hours away from eachother.
Additionally, WCM has a Scottish Citylink run on the 915 from Glasgow to Skye, terminating at Uig with ferry connections to Tarbert on Harris, though the nextbound ferry is for Uist depending on the date.

It meets up with the Tarbert ferry on the other side of the water, though connections are poor (with the final journey missing the last boat, and the first journey having a 90 minute wait)

First Glasgow serve Milton in the North side of Glasgow on the 75 and M3 and Milton near Dumbarton on the 1 and 1A.
