The new livery looks fine on that class of train. Also the font looks better applied in white on a coloured background than it does on a white background. Going forward it will be a shame to lose the GWR logo and the green, but not sure how you can keep both as some have suggested

Thankfully SWR still on CCST issuing. Sometimes they spew out a bog roll version. But more often than not I’m buying a day travelcard Z1-6 which saves me from having a paper ticket.

They are. However if you travel into/arriving in London after 2pm the cheaper paper Evening Out Travelcard is the best option.

Signed up for Uber One via Monzo, free for 3 months. App showing 10% credits available. Very nice.

I do this to. But sadly the Evening Out / Sunday Out Day Travelcards with SWR can’t be loaded so you pay over £5 for the privilege of using smartcard. So I revert to Paper for weekend travel.
