As in recent years, we can expect these trains to be very busy. Despite this, they are asking Customer Hosts from the "London Side" to provide a trolley service. Seems strange when the buffet car is available.

It is possible to run a 5 car 222 on only two engines, however most drivers would fail the train at that point.

Thats right. The Corby - Kettering. I don't know the exact details, To be honest I don't think many people do. I am just going by what has been published to us.

The first two units are due to enter service in late January, First group have insisted that they are to be painted before entering service, as 4 car units they will be used mainly on the corby shuttles when they start in march.
