Indeed, quite a lot of good entries this time round. I'm certainly finding it very hard to choose just one.

11 is my favourite thus far though, with 06, 07, 12 and 14 also finding a special place in my heart. Can't for the life of me think where entry #14 is taken at, although obviously in Wales somewhere.

Argh, canna decide right now, I'll have to sleep on it.

I have gone for number 5 this week. I liked 15 a lot also.

I've decided that I'm going for 11. Just looks so brilliant in my eyes, but there were lots of joint seconds this week for me. Certainly wouldn't mind most of those on my wall!

Wow! What a choice!

4 for the colour. 5 for angle, quality and feeling of power coming out the photo. 10 for composition. 13 for scenery and interest value.

Err. Can't make my mind up.

Edit: 4 it is. With dishonourable mention to First for spoiling a gorgeous photo with their awful livery.

Yes, I’ve decided on number eleven too. Penzance to Paddington (my favourite UK route that I know very well), First Great Western HST (my favourite locos and livery), semaphores … for me it’s got everything to make it a winning photo. I must say that there are some other great photos this week.

What a picture, its like a painting! definately has its own style about it... a washed colour wheel, and with inteauging depth! something about the quality of the photo which i like (and the quality isnt high technically wise either!)

3 for me. It's not the best quality shot, but it's rather quintessentially HST with the yellow doors and IC livery. It brings back good memories of journeys when I was younger.
