Anyone know what the recruiment process is like? I applied in 2010 and was invited to an assessment centre, but was away and couldn't make and they were not able to offer an alternative date. Do they invite a lot of people to assessment?

I do understand that but it seems unlikely that they will have sold out as I looked, found the fare, then searched again literally less than 5 minutes later and can't find anything comparable. I guess it's possible though. Cheers for your reply.
