Hi Traindesign, I have been communicating with a number of politicians to try and get the government to reassess the HS2 solution now the requirement has changed from speed to capacity. The solution I think might be best for the capacity problem is double-decker carriages that fit within the existing loading gauge. I saw your post in 2010 when you said you had an interesting suite of designs. I would love to have a discussion with you as I feel your work may offer a solution to the stated capacity problems.
