A lot of people I know are incredibly sceptical of Andy Burnham and how he was just shuffled into Number 10. We've not seen anything of any substance from him apart from a lot of PR spin. Someone wil have to take the flak for the mis-use of the alert system.

Are these changes going to have a dramatic effect on the PVR at Hadleigh? I think the 20 / 27 has 20 odd vehicles allocated to it at peak times (mostly deckers). The cynic in me wonders if they can't get deckers to replace the LJ59 E400's thus this is the result - I assume the 28 can't have...
