Yes sure, maybe i don't understand but when i complete 3 or 6 months of my employment will i get allowences like the other part of the team? It's normal like everywhere to not get anything in first months of my employement. Also if somebody know is there any probation when you sign or something?

Is this true? That means that as train dispatch i'll get 16800 per year which means around 1100 pounds per month? Who will work for this money? When i receive the contract if there is nothing like bonuses or allowence i'll decline their offer.
